If you need a little extra energy during your workouts and youre not into caffeine, this is a great alternative. I train a lot in the evenings for 90mins+ so this is perfect t as either pre-training or during training for a boost or alertness and energy

This was recommended by my CrossFit to enhance my long distance running training. I use this before every CrossFit and it def gives me a boost. Not so sure if it helps much with my distance training, not as consistent, but that might have to do with other variables with my own fitness.

I cannot workout without this now. The taste is great and it dissolves seamlessly. I use it for weight workouts, long distance running and before/during AFL games. It's great! Doesn't make me feel jittery or anxious like other comparable products.
