Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oats

Looking to mix your regular oats up? Look no further than our delicious strawberry shortcake baked oats. Featuring our high protein collagen, Noway Protein, you can't go wrong with this easy recipe.

Serves: 1 Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup oats
½ cup preferred milk
1 egg
1 scoop Mixed Berry Juicy or Vanilla Noway
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Lightly grease ramekin or small bowl.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, except fresh strawberries. Pour into the ramekin, place cut strawberries on top to decorate.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top.
  4. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
